My Top Seven Secrets to Becoming a Great Hapkido Instructor by KJN Richard Hackworth

1. Learn

The first secret to becoming a great instructor is to learn as much as you can about your subject matter. 

This means being familiar with the latest research and trends, as well as being able to explain complex concepts concisely. 

You should also be able to answer students’ questions in a comprehensive and helpful manner.

One way to learn more about your subject matter is to read textbooks and journal articles. 

You can also attend conferences and workshops or watch online lectures. If you are teaching a technical subject, you may also want to get certified or obtain a professional degree.

2. Implement

Once you have learned about your subject matter, you need to be able to implement what you have learned in a way that is engaging and effective for your students. 

This means being able to create lesson plans that are well-organized and thought-provoking. 

You should also be able to use a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, and group work.

It is also important to be able to adapt your teaching style to the needs of your students. 

Some students may learn best by listening to lectures, while others may prefer to learn by doing. 

You should be flexible and willing to change your approach if necessary.

3. Failure or Success
